The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services continues to advance towards fulfilment of the Government’s drive for further digitalization and utilization of e-Government services.
As a consequence, training on various ICT solutions are being held as a key component towards a more effective social services delivery system.
Recently, training was conducted for relevant staff on the Integrated Social Enterprise Management System (ISEMS). ISEMS is positioned to streamline the processing, management, and delivery of social offerings through a digitalized system in an effort to ensure a multifaceted and responsive delivery of social assistance to the vulnerable in our society.
Facilitated by Ms. Lia Harutyunyan (Project Manager and Systems Analyzer), this training was intended to enable participants to become acquainted with the system functionality and modules for public sector workers to efficiently operate this automated system to conduct processes they used to previously do on a paper-based system.
