Digital Skills Development (Technical)
Technical skills training for citizens. This Programme is intended to develop the local ICT Developer Market through training, knowledge transfer and technical skill development. This implementation will be done in conjunction with the Microsoft Philanthropic Group and other Technical Cooperation arrangements.
