Digital Skills Development
User skills training for citizens. This Programme is intended to prepare the citizenry for the Digital Age through training, ICT knowledge transfer and skill development. This implementation will be done in conjunction with the Microsoft Philanthropic Group, an initiative that was previously approved by Cabinet.

- Comfort and proficiency with the use of technology in a productive way that can be used to the benefit of both the individual (marketability, entrepreneurship, etc.) and the wider society
