EmployTT is an online job portal which provides a secure and reliable online recruitment experience for the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GoRTT). The design architecture of EmployTT delivers a centralised platform where citizens can view and apply for Public Sector vacancies in one convenient location.
EmployTT, with its algorithm-based back end, enhances the deliberations of the recruiting MDA by adding automation to and reducing the time taken for the shortlisting process.
